I Carlo Luconi, am sure that traditional European magick is the mother of all magicks, and the certain base of high magick.

Before the Christianism and the Science, magick already existed, and it is the base and the creator of power.

Pythagoras is regarded as one of the most important magicians in history by the hermetic school apart from being considered as the father of mathematics.

Ancient magicians were educated men, who knew, managed and respected the laws of universe. He was the great benefactor of all the people coming to him in search for answers and solutions to problems of any kind. He was an expert in chemistry, medicine and psychology, apart from other disciplines comprised in his theoretical and practical world.

Being a magician nowadays is the sythesis of all magics of all continents, that have been with us throughout human history. The essential is to understand that Magick is only one, and that what counts is the result, no matter what brach of magick has been used to perform the work.

A lot of confusion exists nowadays about white and black magicians, and the real difference has to be made between men of good or evil intent, honorable and non honorable men. It is an ethic and moral position that we assume with regard to our fellow men. This fact makes us choose the positive or the negative side of the balance.

Perhaps, those who chose the negative side are the ones practicing black magick and are therefore more earthly-oriented, whereas those choosing the positive side practice white magick and have a more spiritual approach to the world.
